Beebe's is more than a restaurant—we’re a gathering place where incredible food, handcrafted cocktails, local art, and memorable events come together. We’re looking for an energetic, hospitality-driven Server/Bartender who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys creating exceptional guest experiences.
This role includes both daily restaurant service and private events such as weddings, rehearsal dinners, baby showers, corporate gatherings, and community celebrations.
Responsibilities
● Provide warm, attentive service to every guest.
● Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
● Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages.
● Maintain a clean, organized bar and dining room.
● Work collaboratively with the kitchen and event team to ensure seamless service.
● Set up, execute, and break down private events.
● Anticipate guest needs and resolve concerns professionally.
● Handle payments and operate the POS system accurately.
● Follow all food safety and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
What We’re Looking For
● Previous serving and/or bartending experience preferred.
● Positive attitude with a genuine passion for hospitality.
● Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
● Strong communication and teamwork skills.
● Ability to multitask and stay organized during busy service.
● Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends for events.
● Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
