About the Role:
As our Bilingual (Spanish) Treatment Coordinator, you will play a key role in guiding patients through their dental journey — from their first interaction with our office to the completion of their treatment plans. You will help patients understand their recommended care, financial options, and scheduling needs while ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a multi-line phone system, including scheduling, rescheduling, and confirming appointments
- Coordinate and maintain productive provider schedules
- Review and explain treatment plans for general and cosmetic dental procedures
- Discuss financial arrangements and assist patients with payment options
- Verify insurance coverage and benefits while accurately updating patient information
- Collect payments and ensure accurate financial documentation
- Maintain organized and accurate patient records within the practice management system
- Provide exceptional customer service and create a warm, welcoming patient experience
- Collaborate closely with doctors and clinical team members to support smooth daily operations
- Assist with additional administrative and patient care coordination duties as needed

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Bilingual (Spanish)
- Minimum of 2–3 years of dental front office or treatment coordinating experience preferred
- Experience with dental insurance verification and treatment presentation
- Knowledge of general and cosmetic dentistry terminology preferred
- Ability to work full-time, Monday through Thursday
- 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
