Job Summary
We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations, support inventory accuracy, oversee shipping, receiving and material handling, and ensure a safe, organized, and efficient work environment. This role is responsible for supervising warehouse employees, improving workflows, and maintaining accountability across the department.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead, train, schedule, and supervise warehouse team members.
· Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse layout to support material flow and space utilization.
· Ensure employees follow SOPs, safety protocols, OSHA requirements, and proper PPE use.
· Oversee inventory control, cycle counts, material accuracy, and ERP inventory records.
· Coordinate receiving, material handling, and verification of incoming materials.
· Manage inbound and outbound shipping activities, including documentation, labeling, and packaging requirements.
· Monitor warehouse performance, identify process improvements, and support lean warehousing practices.
· Provide coaching, performance feedback, corrective action, and accountability for department results.
Qualifications
· Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, inventory, or material handling experience required.
· Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
· Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to coach employees, manage priorities, and maintain accountability.
· Experience with warehouse ERP systems, cycle counts, and inventory accuracy preferred.
· Knowledge of warehouse safety practices, OSHA requirements, and equipment operation preferred.
Pay: From $80,000.00 per year
