Job Summary: Pegasus Surfaces installs professional-grade polyurea and polyaspartic garage floor coating systems. We are looking for an experienced installers to lead residential projects. Our back-office team handles all customer scheduling, logistics, and material coordination, allowing our install crews to focus entirely on surface preparation and coating application.
Core Responsibilities:
- Surface Preparation: Operate planetary concrete grinders and hand grinders to properly profile residential garage floors.
- Repairs: Patch, fill, and route concrete cracks, pits, and joints prior to application.
- Coating Application: Accurately mix and apply fast-curing polyurea and polyaspartic base coats and clear topcoats.
- Broadcasting: Apply full-flake broadcast systems to exact specifications.
- Site & Equipment Management: Maintain company vehicles, trailers, and grinding equipment. Ensure job sites are left clean.
- Customer Walkthroughs: Conduct a final walkthrough with the homeowner upon job completion to ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- 1+ years of proven experience installing resinous floor coatings (polyaspartic, polyurea, or epoxy).
- Hands-on experience operating heavy-duty concrete grinding equipment.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor safely throughout the day.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record for operating company trucks and trailers.
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of managing a job site efficiently.
