The job of the Outside Golf Staff includes 4 main areas. The first and most important area is customer service. We are looking for people who have customer service experience. We take pride in treating our members and their guests as well as they can be treated. The job itself is broken up between our golf cart fleet (staging, loading bags, washing and putting away), practice areas (setting up range and practice area in morning, monitoring through the day, and breaking down at night) and our golf bag storage area (loading bags on carts, cleaning when done and putting back into storage). The job does involve manual labor and the ability to lift golf bags and practice range crates. Employees do have playing privileges and can buy products in the Golf Shop at cost plus 15%.
