Insurance CSR Specialist – Join Our Growing Team!
We're looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join our fast-growing insurance office. In this role, you'll handle phone inquiries, process payments, assist with claims, maintain client relationships, and support sales efforts.
Salary: $17-23/h depending on licensing status and experience
Location: In-person, Wichita, KS
Hours: Full-time, Monday - Friday (Flexible: 8 AM-5 PM or 9 AM-6 PM)
What You’ll Do
- Assist customers with policy changes, payments, and claims
- Create COIs (Certificates of Insurance)
- Provide outstanding customer service and follow-ups
- Schedule appointments and support sales efforts
- Maintain strong client relationships and retention
- Present insurance options based on client needs
What We’re Looking For
- Kansas Property & Casualty License (Required)
- Commercial insurance experience (Preferred)
- Claim Experience (Preferred)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Positive, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Spanish speaking is a plus
