Bookkeeper – Full Time
Marketing Consultants | Scottsbluff, Nebraska
Marketing Consultants is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to join our team in Scottsbluff, Nebraska. We are looking for someone dependable, organized, detail-oriented, and confident handling day-to-day bookkeeping responsibilities.
This is a full-time, in-person position, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records and transactions
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Perform account and bank reconciliations
- Maintain organized financial documentation and records
- Work within QuickBooks for day-to-day bookkeeping functions
- Assist with other general bookkeeping and administrative financial duties as needed
Required Qualifications
- Previous bookkeeping experience is required
- QuickBooks experience is required
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities reliably
- Must be located in Scottsbluff or the surrounding area
- Must be available to work in person Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Compensation
Pay is commensurate with experience.

Experience:
- QuickBooks: 3 years (Preferred)
- Bookkeeping: 3 years (Required)
