Whether you're starting your first retail job or already have experience, you'll receive paid training and plenty of support as you settle into the role.
This isn't just about working a register. You'll be one of the first people customers meet and one of the last people they see before they leave, so you'll play an important part in creating a positive shopping experience.
What a Typical Shift Looks Like
You'll spend most of your day helping customers at the checkout, answering questions, and keeping the front of the store running smoothly. During quieter moments, you'll restock nearby displays, tidy your work area, and jump in wherever an extra pair of hands is needed.
No two shifts are exactly the same, and you'll always be working alongside a team that's ready to help.
What You'll Be Doing
- Process cash, credit card, and contactless payments accurately
- Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional service
- Answer general questions and assist with everyday requests
- Keep the checkout area clean, organized, and fully stocked
- Help replenish merchandise and front-end displays
- Follow cash handling and store procedures
- Support teammates with day-to-day store operations
Who We're Looking For
We're not expecting you to know everything on your first day. What matters most is that you're reliable, enjoy working with people, and have a positive attitude.
You'll be a great fit if you:
- Enjoy working in a busy, customer-focused environment
- Communicate clearly and treat people with respect
- Pay attention to detail when handling transactions
- Like being part of a team
- Are comfortable standing for extended periods and occasionally lifting up to 25 pounds
Previous experience in retail, customer service, hospitality, or as a cashier is helpful but not required.
