Duties
Responsibilities
- Show resale homes and new construction communities throughout Central Florida
- Meet buyers for scheduled home tours
- Coordinate with builders and listing agents
- Attend virtual client introductions when requested
- Communicate professionally with clients before, during, and after appointments
- Provide feedback to the lead agent after each showing
- Write offers on resale homes when requested
- Attend inspections, final walk-throughs, and closings as assigned
- Deliver a five-star client experience throughout the buying process
Qualifications
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
- Willingness to travel throughout the Orlando/Central Florida market
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Weekend availability is preferred
- Experience with new construction is a plus but not required
