Job Summary:
This job is responsible for assisting in managing and supervising all Food and Beverage personnel. This individual ensures all Food and Beverage products are served in accordance to specifications and recipes. The Supervisor trains all Food and Beverage personnel.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assists in supervising all Food and Beverage Golf Course personnel and holds staff accountable to all department policies and procedures
- Ensures quality, cleanliness, safety and service at all times according to sequence of service and “ServSafe” standards
- Maintains and updates all schedules for Golf Course personnel and assists in the all day to day operations of Golf Course food and beverage services
- Trains personnel on their specific job duties and ServSafe guidelines
- Provides aid in ensuring the forward progress of annual and short term departmental goals
- Delegates duties to Food & Beverage Personnel as required to ensure efficient and consistent guest service
- Monitors the inventory of all Food & Beverage products and places orders with vendors when replenishment is necessary
- Follows standard recipes and operating procedures as directed and ensures quality presentation and portion sizes of all food production
Supervisory Responsibilities
Supervise five (5) to Ten (10) subordinates. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
