Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and train the new car sales team to achieve and surpass sales targets.
- Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to expand our customer base and foster loyalty.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to craft compelling promotions and advertising campaigns.
- Manage vehicle inventory efficiently, ensuring a diverse and appealing selection for our customers.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to adjust sales plans accordingly.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring an exceptional buying experience.
- Work closely with the finance department to ensure deals are structured to the benefit of both the customer and the dealership.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Proven track record of success in sales management within small to mid-size automotive dealerships.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Deep understanding of the automotive sales process and market trends.
