Responsibilities:
Managing HOS & DOT compliance daily
Handling DataQs & violations
Monitoring and improving CSA scores
Leading driver onboarding & hiring support
Running driver safety trainings & meetings
Keeping the company fully compliant and audit-ready
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of FMCSA/DOT regulations
Real trucking safety experience (not entry-level)
Ability to solve problems fast and work independently
Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
