E-commerce Customer Service & Marketplace Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused E-commerce Customer Service & Marketplace Specialist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with experience in online retail, marketplace management, and customer support who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys wearing multiple hats.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with platforms such as Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, Bed Bath & Beyond, Lowe's, Target Plus, and other online marketplaces, along with a strong customer service background.
Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and other support channels
- Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a professional and positive attitude
- Process returns, exchanges, refunds, and order inquiries
- Monitor and manage orders across multiple e-commerce platforms
- Assist with marketplace account management, including Amazon Seller Central, Bed Bath & Beyond, Lowe's, Target Plus, and others
- Troubleshoot order, inventory, and fulfillment issues
- Work within customer service platforms such as Gorgias
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns efficiently
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Assist with product listings, inventory updates, and marketplace operations as needed
- Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Previous experience in e-commerce customer service required
- Experience with Shopify required
- Experience with Amazon Seller Central strongly preferred
- Familiarity with online marketplaces such as Bed Bath & Beyond, Lowe's, Target Plus, Walmart Marketplace, or similar
- Experience using customer service platforms such as Gorgias preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable learning new software and systems

Training Provided
While e-commerce experience is preferred, we are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
