We are looking for an organized, forward-thinking Treatment Coordinator & Practice Operations Specialist to join our growing practice. How You’ll Make an Impact
1. Elevating Patient Care & Treatment Acceptance
- Walk patients smoothly from the clinical chair through their financial and treatment choices.
- Present complex treatment plans and co-pays with transparency, empathy, and clarity.
- Manage insurance verifications and financial options (including third-party financing) to make care accessible.
- Maintain a proactive follow-up system for pending treatment plans.
2. Streamlining Practice Operations & Workflows
- Audit and optimize front-office processes to keep daily patient flow stress-free.
- Help build and refine our master digital SOP library so our team operates seamlessly.
- Work closely with leadership to track core practice metrics and coach front-desk team members on best practices.
- Help coordinate weekly team huddles to keep priorities aligned and communication open.
What We’re Looking For
- Dental Administrative Experience: 2+ years of experience in treatment coordination, billing, or front-desk management.
- Tech-Savvy Mindset: Comfortable navigating modern dental software, digital intake tools, and cloud communications.
- Problem Solver: Someone who sees an operational bottleneck and naturally creates a simple, effective solution.
- High-Empathy Communicator: Warm, approachable, and skilled at turning complex dental jargon into simple financial options for patients.
