About Serenity House
Serenity House Assisted Living is a six-resident luxury board-and-care home opening in Granite Bay this fall, on Swan Lake Drive — small by design, so each resident is truly known. We are preparing to open now (our California state license application is in progress), and we are building the caregiving team that will make this home what it is.
What you'll do (once we open)
- Assist residents with the activities of daily living — bathing, grooming, dressing, mobility, toileting, and meals — gently and respectfully
- Once trained, assist residents with the self-administration of their medications, and document care accurately
- Offer companionship and attentive presence
- Help keep the home clean, calm, and safe, following emergency and infection-control procedures
- Share any change in a resident's wellbeing with the Lead Caregiver promptly
What we're looking for
- 18 years or older, caring and dependable — caregiving experience welcome, the right heart matters most
- California 40-hour caregiver (RCFE) training — we will enroll and reimburse you if you are not yet certified
- LiveScan background clearance, TB screening, and current CPR/First Aid (we reimburse)
- Bilingual (Farsi/English or Spanish/English) a plus
