Position Summary:
As a Customer Success Associate at Advantek, you will be at the forefront of driving revenue growth by managing customer relationships and collaborating cross-functionally with other departments to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction. This role helps the organization build customer loyalty, increase sales, and distinguish itself from competitors by effectively handling inquiries, concerns, and requests.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Proposal Development: Collaborate with the sales team to develop tailored proposals and negotiate sales contracts.
- Account Administrative Tasks: Administer customer accounts, provide ongoing assistance, and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling with Sales Team.
- Order Processing: Initiate and accurately enter orders into the ERP system, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Customer Support: Respond promptly to customer inquiries, addressing product questions, order status, shipping, billing, and resolving complaints or concerns.
- Issue Resolution: Collaborate with relevant departments to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Production Coordination: Work closely with the Production team to ensure that customer orders are manufactured and delivered on schedule.
- Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP): Participate in S&OP processes to align sales forecasts with production and supply chain capabilities.
- CRM Management: Utilize CRM software tools to maintain accurate records, analyze sales data, and forecast future revenue.
- Sales Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports to management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities.

Skills and Knowledge :
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in inside sales or customer service within a manufacturing environment.
- Education: High School diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Power Point.
- Proficiency in ERP Software
- Highly driven and results-oriented, with good analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Understanding of Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) processes.
- Strong listening skills and the ability to maintain composure and efficiency in high-pressure situations.
People Manager Responsibility:

- Has authority to:
- Raise sales orders in the system.
- Recommend priority items to build in the production.
Physical Demands and Working Conditions:
- Primarily works in an office environment with prolonged periods in front of a computer
- Occasionally visits the warehouse and production area
Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
