As we grow our presence in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, we’re looking for a customer-first Client Support Manager who’s passionate about building relationships, solving problems, and delivering exceptional service to our clients.
Position Overview:
As a Client Support Manager at Sunbelt Merchant Group, you’ll be the trusted face of our brand in your region — building strong relationships and delivering exceptional service to business owners, decision-makers, and vendor partners. You’ll be a skilled problem-solver and a customer service champion, helping clients navigate challenges, implement our programs, and unlock new opportunities. Your ability to anticipate needs, offer solutions, and follow through will drive long-term satisfaction, loyalty, and growth.
Key Responsibilities – Client-Focused, Service-Driven:
- Manage a defined territory across the DFW area, visiting clients (convenience store owners/decision makers) and vendor/supplier partners regularly to provide in-person support
- Build and maintain strong, service-oriented relationships with store owners and operators to ensure ongoing satisfaction and trust
- Deliver hands-on training and personalized support for Sunbelt’s tools, services, and programs to help clients operate more efficiently
- Act as the go-between for clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication, smooth program execution, and timely problem resolution
- Actively identify and engage non-member, independent convenience stores within the territory, present the value of our programs, and generate qualified leads for the Business Development Manager to convert into new partnerships

- Starting Salary: $60,000 annually

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in the convenience store and/or beverage industry required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently in the field
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Willingness to travel extensively within the Texas market
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Able to legally work in the US
- Minimum of 3 references required
