Overview
Join our growing team as a Lead HVAC Installer, where your technical expertise and leadership will play a key role in delivering high-quality residential installations. In this position, you will lead an installation crew, manage job sites from start to finish, and ensure all HVAC systems are installed efficiently, safely, and to company standards.
You’ll work closely with the Install Manager to coordinate schedules, communicate job progress, and address any on-site challenges. This role also involves supporting inventory management, ensuring materials and equipment are properly tracked and available for each project.

Responsibilities include:
-Know how to establish customer rapport to ensure highest levels of satisfaction.
-Show yourself as professional and knowledgeable to win new referrals and repeat business.
-Ensure jobs are properly staged; sign off on job quality checklist.
-Work alongside customer service and dispatch to ensure overall success of the business.
-Adhere to the company's plan for resolving customer complaints quickly and favorably.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site, shop, and warehouse, while ensuring your truck is properly stocked and inventory is accurately managed
-Participate actively in all training exercises, morning meetings, and technical vendor training
-Train and mentor apprentices to ensure on-time, high quality installations.
-Be accurate and timely with invoices, time cards, curbside feedback and option sheets.
Competencies for Success.
-EPA certification with knowledge of applicable installation and venting codes.
-Develop proven track record in heating and cooling systems including ability to draw simple diagrams, read installation manuals / prints and other diagrams.
-Clean, safe driving record.
-Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities.
-Strong verbal and written communications.
-High integrity with advanced social skills and ability to make solid connections.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
