We’re seeking Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs) who want to do work that’s ethical, impactful, and well-supported ,not rushed, chaotic, or transactional.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a BHT at Legacy, you’ll:
- Work one-to-one with children receiving ABA services
- Implement individualized behavior support plans under BCBA supervision
- Help children build communication, social, emotional, and daily living skills
- Use positive, evidence-based ABA strategies
- Collect data and document sessions clearly and accurately
- Collaborate with a clinical team that values quality over quantity
You won’t be thrown into situations unprepared — training, guidance, and supervision are built into the role.
