The Heart of the Valley YMCA (Kimberly, WI) is hiring a full-time Health & Wellness Coordinator. As our next coordinator, you'll teach members & guests of all ages & abilities how to use cardio machines, weights and other fitness-related equipment. Supervise, support and mentor our growing team of personal trainers and wellness center staff. Bring energy and knowledge to our group fitness classes. The Health & Wellness Coordinator also supports the Health, Fitness and Wellness Directors with scheduling, budgeting, member engagement, and program development. This is a full-time position with very flexible scheduling.

Degree in a health & wellness-related field is preferred as well as additional certifications, like personal trainer certification, through accredited institutions.

Previous experience working in the health, fitness or wellness industry is preferred.

Experience working with people of all ages and abilities, like LIVESTRONG and ForeverWell is preferred.

Ability to motivate, retain, and develop staff.

Ability to relate effectively and deliver outstanding customer services to diverse groups of people from all social and economic segments of the community.
