Responsibilities
Conduct residential roof inspections
Meet with homeowners to discuss roofing options
Assist homeowners through the insurance claim process (without acting as a public adjuster)
Prepare estimates and proposals
Attend adjuster meetings
Manage roofing projects from start to finish
Be present on build days to oversee projects
Perform follow-up inspections and customer communication
Generate new business through:
Door knocking
Calling homeowners
Networking
Social media marketing
Community outreach
Maintain excellent customer service throughout every project
Qualifications
Sales experience preferred
Roofing experience preferred (training available for the right person)
Strong communication and organization skills
Self-motivated with a positive attitude
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Smartphone and basic computer skills
Ability to climb ladders and inspect roofs safely

Important Information
This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position. You are responsible for your own taxes.
Success in this role requires dedication, flexibility, and consistent effort. Some responsibilities—including homeowner appointments, adjuster meetings, inspections, estimate preparation, and build days—must be completed at specific times. Homeowner appointments are a priority, and delaying them can result in lost opportunities.
