Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join our fast-paced urgent care team. This role offers the opportunity to treat a diverse patient population, from pediatrics to geriatrics, in an outpatient setting.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Active, unrestricted Washington State license
- DEA registration and prescriptive authority required
- 2+ years of Urgent Care or Emergency Room experience is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage acute and chronic conditions in an outpatient urgent care setting
- Perform procedures including suturing, splinting, and abscess management
- Order, interpret, and review diagnostic tests (e.g., labs, imaging)
- Collaborate with medical assistants and X-ray technicians
- Provide referrals and follow-up care recommendations as needed
- See approximately 30–40+ patients per 12-hour shift
Schedule
- 12-hour shifts
- Flexible, variable scheduling
- Monday–Friday with 1 weekend per month
- Holiday coverage as needed

- Competitive hourly rate: $78–$91+ (productivity-based)
