Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Server/Cashier. As a Server/Cashier, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth operations within our establishment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting menu items
- Take customer orders and process payments accurately using cash registers
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and prompt order preparation
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas
- Upsell menu items and promote special offers to enhance customer experience
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
Experience:
- Prior experience in the food industry is preferred
- Proficiency in cash handling procedures and working with cash registers
- Knowledge of kitchen operations and culinary terminology is a plus
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitize work areas effectively
- Familiarity with Aloha POS system is advantageous
- Strong customer service skills with a willingness to assist and help customers
- Ability to upsell products to increase sales opportunities
