About the Role
We're looking for a dependable, physically capable Warehouse Associate to join our full-time team. This is a production-focused role — you'll be moving product, operating equipment, and keeping our distribution operation running smoothly. If you show up, work hard, and take pride in doing things right, you'll fit in well here.
What You'll Do
- Operate forklifts to move, stage, and load/unload pallets of beverage product
- Pick and pack orders accurately for outbound shipments
- Load and unload box trucks and trailers
- Assist with box truck deliveries and pickups as needed (DOT medical card preferred)
- Maintain an organized, safe, and clean warehouse environment
- Receive inbound shipments and verify against purchase orders
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation
- Follow all safety protocols and company procedures
Requirements
- Verified forklift experience — this is required, not a plus
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly throughout the shift (beverage cases, pallets)
- Ability to stand, bend, and move for the duration of a full shift
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance — punctuality matters here
- Attention to detail when pulling and verifying orders
Preferred (Not Required)
- Box truck driving experience with a valid DOT medical card (no CDL required)
- Experience in beverage, food, or wholesale distribution
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems or inventory software
- Pallet jack and electric rider experience
