Job Description:
Responsibilities include:
- Provide oracle functional and technical support for a team performing operation and maintenance (O&M) support, system enhancements, and technical support for a mission important system in an oracle environment to include oracle eBusiness Suite (R12), ORACLE Federal Financials, ORACLE iProcurement, eTravel (ETS2) and ORACLE-Compusearch interface (OCI)
- Provide custom enhancements in ORACLE Procure to Pay process
- Troubleshoot production issues related to iProcurement, Purchasing and Payables in the Procure to Pay process
- Participate in strategy sessions, strategic initiatives and design reviews
- Coordinate the resolution of highly complex problems and tasks with others in eTravel (ETS2) and Procure to Pay modules
- Support testing and defect resolutions
- Provide oracle release 12 functional, technical and testing support
- Provide ORACLE Patche analysis
- Implement various system improvements in all P2P-related tasks
- For Procurement, Purchasing, Payables, Receivables and General Ledger modules; work with ORACLE EBS with COMPUSEARCH PRISM and ORACLE COMPUSEARCH interface (OCI); eTravel (ETS2) interface
- Implement/support ORACLE Federal Financial Systems and iProcurement, eTravel (ETS2) and OCI in the Procure to Pay process; support accounting systems in Federal environment; table structures, and integration components of the technical architecture
- Work with toad and other database tools
Education & Certification:
- Must have a master’s degree, or its foreign degree equivalent, in management information systems, computer science, or a related field
