As a Verizon Solutions Consultant, you'll be the face of one of the most recognized brands in the country right here in Huntington Beach. Your customer service skills will be your biggest asset, here's how you'll use them:
- Meet customers and help them get on the right plan or upgrade needed
- Keep it simple, explain wireless, home internet, and devices to the customers
- Use your customer service instincts to walk people from first handshake to activated service
- Build relationships that turn into referrals
- Stay sharp on Verizon's latest deals and product drops
- Deliver the kind of customer service that makes people come back and send their friends
