Freedom Mobility Center, Inc. – Service Coordinator
Freedom Mobility Center is a Durable Medical Equipment provider focused on Power Mobility and Complex Rehabilitation. Because of our continued growth, we are looking for a talented Service Specialist to join our team in Mooresville, NC. In this position, you will assist our patients over the telephone with service for their wheelchair. This includes ordering the parts through the manufacturer and working with the physicians office and insurance companies to obtain authorization. You will also regularly communicate and update the patient on the service process.

Skill Set Needed:
- High School diploma/GED
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- An understanding of health insurance
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality
- Knowledge of medical terminology and basic accounting practices & principles
- Ability to prioritize duties to meet sensitive deadlines
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
