Customer Service/Inside Sales Representative Duties and Responsibilities
- Ideal position for those who enjoy cars, like working on cars, have worked on cars, and would like speaking with automotive service equipment companies who provide equipment and equipment repair to automotive service facilities nationwide
- Provide fast and friendly customer service to both customers and team members
- Ensure customer needs and expectations are met
- Manage and de-escalate customer concerns and work to resolve them efficiently and effectively
- Follow up promptly on all customer requests for parts and other information
- Work to upsell clients
- Maintain knowledge of new and existing products and inventory
- Additional duties and responsibilities as required
Customer Service/Inside Sales Representative Duties and Responsibilities
- 1-2 Years Customer Service Experience
- Mechanically inclined and understand the nuts and bolts of equipment
- 1-2 Years Computer Experience
- Enjoys the automotive and automotive service equipment industry
- Excellent attitude and commitment to superior customer service
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask with ease and to meet deadlines with great accuracy

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $52,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
