Cardiac Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN)

Compensation
$32.00 - $42.00 per hour
Sign-on Bonus: Up to $10,000 (Nights) / $7,500 (Days)
Relocation Assistance: Available via sign-on bonus after 100 days of employment
Additional Earnings:
- Queue Care Add-On: +$2.00/hr
- Night Add-On: +$2.00/hr
- Night Shift Differential: 15% of base rate
Join a 58-bed Cardiac Telemetry/PCU unit at the region's largest nonprofit hospital system. With a 1:5-6 nurse-to-patient ratio, this fast-paced unit cares for patients with a wide range of acute cardiac and medical conditions including ACS, unstable angina, atrial fibrillation, syncope, pericarditis, and other complex telemetry cases. RNs of all experience levels are welcome, with full training provided.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care for cardiac telemetry and PCU patients
- Monitor cardiac rhythms and patient status continuously
- Administer medications and implement care plans
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
- Educate patients and families on cardiac conditions and recovery
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
Requirements:
- Active RN license
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- BSN required or completion within 5 years (enrollment within 6 months)
- Ability to work in a high-acuity cardiac environment
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
