American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for a Level III NICU position in Denver, CO, requiring at least 1 year of NICU experience and an active CO or compact RN license.

Level III NICU at an acute care hospital in Denver, CO

Day shift, 12-hour shifts (36 hours per week, 3 days per week)

Neonatal patient population in an intensive care setting

Charting via Epic EMR
-
Floating to other departments may be required based on business need
-
On-call may be required during a regularly scheduled shift

Active CO RN license or compact RN license currently in hand — no pending licenses accepted

Minimum 1 year of NICU experience required

Required certifications: BLS (AHA) and NRP — must not expire prior to assignment start

Associate's degree in Nursing (ASN) required; BSN preferred

Epic EMR experience required

DOB and last 4 digits of SSN required for consideration

Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates nursing care including health teaching, counseling, and therapeutic interventions

Reviews and monitors therapy and treatment plans and refers patients for further evaluation as needed
-
Former permanent staff must have been separated from any Intermountain facility for at least one year before being eligible for a travel assignment
