Position: Part-Time Night Auditor
Location: Hampton Inn Airport
Schedule: Must be available to work weekends, 11pm-7am
About the Role:
As our Night Auditor, you’ll be responsible for closing the hotel’s business day and preparing for the next day’s arrivals. You’ll provide excellent customer service by assisting guests, answering phones, and creating memorable experiences that keep our guests coming back!
Key Responsibilities:
- Multitask phone lines and respond to guest requests
- Learn and use our property management reservation and credit card systems
- Review details carefully to ensure accuracy
- Check guests in and out, take reservations
- Handle guest complaints, requests, and emergencies professionally
- Balance the cash drawer and resolve any discrepancies
- Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers
- Prepare the next shift agent for a smooth transition
