The Ideal Candidate
You don’t need to be a professional graphic designer or a marketing director. We’re looking for someone who is creative, capable, curious, organized, and tech-savvy, with a genuine interest in hospitality.
You’re someone who can confidently welcome a group of guests into the tasting room, explain a wine, and make a sale — but you can also sit down at a computer and create a great-looking Canva flyer, schedule a social media post, organize event details, or figure out a new piece of technology without being intimidated.
You enjoy working with people, but you also enjoy the creative and organizational side of the business. You notice the details, take pride in how things look and feel, and aren't afraid to roll up your sleeves and help wherever needed.
Because this is a small winery team, flexibility and initiative are important. We’re looking for someone who sees what needs to be done and takes ownership rather than waiting to be told.
What You Can Expect
- A fun, welcoming, and collaborative winery environment
- A varied position with opportunities to use both creative and people skills
- The opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our guest experience and brand
- Opportunities to learn more about wine, hospitality, marketing, events, and winery operations
