Customer Experience & Account Specialist
We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys connecting with people, solving problems, and making things happen.
At ACA, that means helping professionals find the right uniform pieces, working with uniform program administrators to manage allowances, billing, inventory, and ordering, and stepping in to solve problems when things don’t go as planned.
If you’re someone who takes ownership, enjoys building relationships, and gets satisfaction from helping customers succeed, you may be a great fit for our team.
Why Join ACA?
ACA combines the stability and experience of an established business with the energy and opportunity of a growing entrepreneurial company.
Our mission is to serve professionals who rely on their uniforms every day. We specialize in managed uniform programs for pilots and law enforcement professionals, and our continued growth creates opportunities for team members who want to learn, contribute, and take on greater responsibility.
This is not a role where you simply answer phones and process orders. You’ll build customer relationships, solve real problems, learn multiple business systems, and help improve how we serve our customers.
If you enjoy helping people, figuring things out, and taking ownership of your work, we’d like to hear from you.
