Job Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service and support to our customers
- Maintain accurate documentation of your work
- Comply with Federal Mandated laws on fair treatment of debtors and documentation of calls.
- Achieve assigned monthly collection goals
- Negotiate payment arrangements with customers by exceeding daily phone calls standard of 150+Calls/Day. Don't worry we use an automated dialer!
Requirements to work for GRC:
- Required Education: High School Diploma/GED Education
- Trustworthy: Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Technical Abilities: Ability to perform data entry using multiple computer databases. Comfortable using Microsoft Excel
- Driven to want to achieve personal goals and create a career for yourself
