Precast Production Laborer for Strip and Load, Night Shift

Our Night Shift Strip and Load Crew Member must be energetic, extremely reliable and have a strong work ethic with safety for self and coworkers being a priority. Job duties include, but are not limited to, to assist with the removal of cured wall panels from forms; loading the panels safely and in a timely manner for transport; working with other team members to complete all Strip & Load functions; safe operation of forklifts; completion of daily inspection of department equipment; assist production with cleaning and resetting form components as designed; and pouring, consolidating and finishing of the concrete. Start time is currently 11pm and may flex based on operational needs. The opportunity to train to opperate the Overhead Crane is here!
All Night Shift Strip and Load Crew Members must be able to:
- Work OT;
- Move/lift 50 lbs.;
- Ability to walk on concrete constantly throughout each shift;
- Climb up and down a ladder, walk, stand, bend and twist ;
- Operate an Overhead Crane in a safe manner once trained;
- Have a high awareness of safety for themselves and others;
- Have strong organizational skills;
- Adapt well to changes in a fast-paced environment;
- Work well with a team as well as work independently with little supervision;
- Read, write, and speak effectively in English;
- Report to work on time every day. Reliable transportation to work on a daily basis is a MUST!
Prior experience in the concrete and/or construction industry is preferred, but not required. Previous history operating an overhead crane is great! Use of hand and power tools and/or forklift operation is very helpful.

Weaver Superior Walls, LLC is a safety oriented and drug free workplace. This is a safety sensitive position involving the use of power tools and heavy equipment. Pay range is $19 to $23; however, we are open to discussing pay based on experience for the right candidate! Night Shift work hours include an additional $1 per hour.
