Compensation Details:

$15-$17/hr base pay for shifts of 4 hours or more

$8/hr bonus for short shifts of 2 to 3 hours

Receive $100 bonus for every 100 hours worked

Job Overview:

Open positions in Mequon & surrounding suburbs

Flexible full-time and part-time hours including weekends and evenings

Provide personal care, memory support, and end-of-life care to adults
Main Duties:

Safely assist with transfers using proper equipment

Support personal hygiene, grooming, toileting, and meal prep

Remind clients about medications and offer companionship

Transport clients to appointments or errands as needed

Keep client living areas clean and safe
Requirements:

Minimum 1 year paid caregiving experience

Valid driver’s license with reliable vehicle

Must pass criminal background, DMV, and drug screenings

Certified caregiving skills preferred

Ability to perform physical caregiving tasks
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with dementia patients and medical equipment

Comfortable driving clients
