Position Summary
The Concessions Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all concession operations during tournaments, leagues, and special events. This position leads concession staff, ensures efficient service during high-volume periods, and maintains a high standard of customer service, food quality, cleanliness, and safety. The supervisor will also assist with inventory, cash handling, and daily opening and closing procedures to ensure the concession operation runs smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Supervise all concession stand operations during tournaments and events.
- Lead, train, and motivate concession staff throughout each shift.
- Ensure outstanding customer service and a positive guest experience.
- Maintain food quality, cleanliness, and food safety standards.
- Monitor inventory and restock supplies as needed.
- Handle cash and POS transactions accurately.
- Keep service running efficiently during high-volume events.
- Complete opening, closing, and end-of-day procedures.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Must be 19 years of age or older.
- Previous food service, customer service, or supervisory experience preferred, but not required.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Dependable, positive, and team-oriented with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to lead and support staff while maintaining a professional and welcoming environment.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, tournaments, and special events as needed.

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
