Who We Are
Crab & Catfish Co. in Norman is a full-service seafood restaurant and bar built for energy, flavor, and experience.
We specialize in bold seafood boils, fried platters, and house-made sauces — served at the table. Our location features a full bar, daiquiri machines, and a game room with a pool table.
Our goal is simple: to be one of Norman's go-to spots for great seafood, strong drinks, and a good time — especially for OU fans, game-day crowds, and late-night guests. We're building something rooted in this community, not just serving food in it.

What We're Looking For
- Hospitality-driven and guest-focused
- Comfortable working table-side, hands-on with guests from start to finish
- Confident handling table-side service
- Knowledgeable or willing to learn bar service, daiquiris, and cocktails
- Punctual and reliable
- Team-oriented and communicative
- Able to maintain energy during lunch, dinner, and late-night shifts
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests and set the tone for their visit
- Explain seafood boils, fried platters, house-made items, and full menu
- Deliver attentive table service — check backs, refills, and closing out checks
- Prepare and serve bar drinks and daiquiris as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized section
- Support game-day and event traffic with urgency and awareness
- Complete side work and closing duties thoroughly
- Contribute to a fun, welcoming atmosphere
