Noble Environmental is seeking a dependable and hardworking Operator/Laborer to join our growing team in the Negley, Ohio area. This position offers a combination of equipment operation and general labor responsibilities supporting environmental, construction, and site maintenance projects.
We are looking for individuals who take pride in their work, prioritize safety, and enjoy working outdoors as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Operate water trucks for dust control and site maintenance.
- Operate street brooms and sweeping equipment on project sites and roadways.
- Perform general labor duties including site cleanup, material handling, and project support.
- Assist with equipment maintenance, inspections, and daily operational checks.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Work effectively with supervisors, operators, and crew members to complete projects efficiently.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support daily operations.
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license required (CDL preferred but not required).
- Experience operating water trucks, street brooms, or similar equipment is preferred.
- Ability to perform physically demanding work in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to safety.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Construction, environmental, or industrial labor experience is a plus.
