The Opportunity
We are seeking experienced Independent B2B Sales Representatives across multiple U.S. territories to introduce BiKlik to independent optical stores, optometrists, and eyewear retailers.
This is a sales and business development role focused on opening new accounts, building relationships, and growing territory sales. We are looking for candidates with experience in B2B sales, territory sales, account management, wholesale sales, or optical industry sales.
This is not an optician, dispensing, or in-store optical position.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and develop new independent optical store accounts
- Build and maintain relationships with optical stores, optometrists, and eyewear retailers
- Present the BiKlik collection using a consultative sales approach
- Manage territory outreach, follow-up, and account development
- Support new accounts with onboarding, merchandising, and product education
- Identify opportunities to expand sales within existing accounts
- Represent the BiKlik brand professionally and consistently
Ideal Candidate
- Experience in B2B sales, outside sales, territory sales, wholesale sales, or account management
- Existing relationships within the optical industry are a strong plus
- Experience selling to independent retailers, optical stores, medical offices, or specialty retail accounts preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- Organized, professional, and results-oriented

Compensation Type
This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position and is not a W-2 employee role. Representatives operate independently and are responsible for their own taxes, insurance, and business expenses.
