As a Life Insurance Agent with Potomac Ridge Financial Systems, you will:
- Represent established financial institutions and offer a range of life insurance and financial protection products to clients
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships, understanding their financial goals and providing tailored solutions
- Operate in a performance-driven, team-oriented environment that encourages both personal and professional growth
- Participate in structured training and ongoing mentorship designed to support your success, regardless of prior industry experience
- Enjoy the flexibility of a 1099 independent contractor role, allowing you to manage your schedule and work remotely
Qualifications:
- Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required
- No prior financial industry experience necessary — full training and mentorship provided
- Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-starter with a goal-oriented mindset
- Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
- Commitment to ethical standards and regulatory compliance
- Willingness to obtain required state financial licensing
