Autism Support Chicago is looking for another hardworking BCBA Intern to join our team and grow with our company! We provide in-home ABA therapy for children on the Autism Spectrum and are growing at a steady pace.
Purpose and Scope: Work along side one of our BCBA's and provide programs to children with autism spectrum disorders or developmental delays in the home, school, and community.

Location: Plainfield, IL and surrounding suburbs
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Implements high quality ABA programs with a variety of students in a 1:1 therapy session in the home, community, or school.
- Takes appropriate data and documentation required with each child.
- Collect students progress data and collaborate with Therapists to provide updated
behavioral plans.
- Adheres to company policies and procedures. Communicates with supervisors with
questions and concerns.
- Participates in training and required staff meetings.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Knowledge of basic care of children (toileting, dressing, eating, safety)
- Elaborate knowledge of autism and related disorders.
- Ability to provide and create programs and behavior plans.
- Ability to relay programs and instructions to Therapist.
- Perform reinforcement assessments to determine the child’s motivation
Must have RBT certification and be enrolled in a Master's program working towards BCBA certification to be eligible for this position.

Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour
