D.R. Horton, Inc. is currently looking for a National Accounts Coordinator. The right candidate will provide assistance to the Corporate Purchasing Department.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Responsible for quarterly invoicing and trend analysis
Assist in the management of tracking information from the divisions in order to collect incentives and discounts by analyzing data, reporting research results, and disseminating information
Assist with account receivables data entry for national, regional, and/or local accounts
Assist with Corporate Purchasing Department organization and maintain project prioritization
Responsible for adjustments/corrections and posting of information within database
Assist with scheduling and organizing complex activities such as meetings, training, travel, and department activities for all members of the Corporate Purchasing Management Team
Assist with creating National/Regional/Local deposits and tracking checks through the receivables process. Ensure accurate allocation of incentive dollars to divisions
Maintain and organize daily incentive collections correspondence
Answer phone and take messages or field/answer all routine and non-routine questions
Conduct all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the company
Ability to work overtime
Ability to travel overnight
Qualifications
Education and/or Experience
Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school
Three to five years of related experience and/or training
Advanced Excel skills and ability required to create charts and pivot tables utilizing VLOOKUP, conditional formatting, data tables and multi-functional formulas
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written oral form or via DRH applications
Proficiency with MS Office and email
Ability to sit for majority of 8-hour workday; use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and peripheral vision
