St. Joseph is seeking a passionate, dedicated, and faith-filled 4th Grade Teacher to join our dynamic faculty for the 2026-2027 school year. The ideal candidate will be a practicing Catholic with a strong understanding of elementary education best practices and a commitment to integrating Catholic values into all aspects of the curriculum. The 4th Grade Teacher will be responsible for creating a stimulating and engaging learning environment that fosters academic growth, spiritual development, and social-emotional well-being in our students.

Licensed: Possess an active Indiana teaching license.

Compliant: Complete all aspects of the required Diocesan Teacher Application and follow St. Joseph Catholic School staff handbook guidelines.

Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education or a related field.

Valid teaching license/certification for the state of Indiana.

Demonstrated knowledge of elementary education curriculum and best practices.

Experience teaching at the elementary level, preferably in a Catholic school setting.

Strong classroom management skills and the ability to create a positive learning environment.
