Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
- Ensure guest satisfaction by providing exceptional service
- Bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness of dining area
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Provide recommendations on menu items and answer any guest inquiries
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a server, bartender or hospitality role, is preferred
- Strong guest relations skills with the ability to provide excellent customer service
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Knowledge of food preparation and presentation standards
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
