We’re a high-performance real estate team hiring a full-time Acquisitions Specialist to help close more deals in the commercial, industrial, and raw land sectors.
This is a 100% remote role focused on negotiating and securing properties. You’ll work with warm leads, build relationships with sellers, and drive acquisitions from first contact to signed agreement.

Compensation Commission Structure:

0-$50,000 assignment fee commission is 8%
-
$50,000-$100,000 assignment fee commission is 9%
-
$100,000+ commission is 10%
Responsibilities:-
Facilitate the contract process by building rapport and overcoming objections with clients
- Utilize the CRM daily to track all necessary contact interaction details and monitor sales process
- Use market trends, comps, data research, site walks, and outreach to assess property value and condition
- Ensure a smooth transaction between buyers and sellers
- Respond to all leads in a timely manner to drive business forward
Qualifications:-
At least 1 year of sales experience.

Self-motivated, goal-driven, and passionate about real estate.

Strong verbal and written communication skills, with confidence in setting and closing appointments over the phone.

Experience in real estate sales, acquisitions, or land acquisition is an advantage.
