Salary: Up to $120,000 • Location: Brown Deer, WI Area • Work Setting: 100% Onsite • Benefits: Full
- REQUIRED SKILL: Advanced proficiency in SolidWorks with expertise in large assemblies and configurations
- EXPERIENCE: 5–10 years in custom machine design focusing on automation, robotics, or high-speed machinery
- FOCUS AREA: Integration of robotic cells, precision power transmission, pneumatics, hydraulics, and weldments
- RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage projects from initial client concept to shop floor release with high autonomy
- ELIGIBILITY: US Citizen or Green Card holder with no corporate visa sponsorship available

- Lead mechanical design for custom automated machinery and robotic cells
- Work on early-stage machine concepts, deconstruct project scopes, and integrate complex systems
- Conduct design reviews, act as a technical contact for international customers, and manage release schedules
- BSME degree or 5-10 years experience in custom machinery design; expertise in SolidWorks required
- Knowledge of manufacturing and fabrication, strong project leadership skills, and stable employment history
- Local proximity to Brown Deer, WI facility required
