About the Role
As an Industrial Equipment Technician, you will ensure operational excellence by performing critical troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and repairs on complex manufacturing and facility systems. Your expertise in electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems will directly impact production uptime and facility safety standards.
Responsibilities-
Diagnose and resolve malfunctions in industrial controls and electronic equipment by interpreting blueprints and utilizing precision test instruments.

Execute proactive maintenance on air compressors and steam boilers to ensure continuous, reliable facility operations.

Calibrate and adjust mechanical components to meet strict performance specifications and improve overall equipment efficiency.

Collaborate with production teams to identify root causes of equipment downtime and distinguish between mechanical failures and operational errors.

Maintain comprehensive service logs and documentation to track equipment health and support long-term reliability initiatives.

Proactively recommend process improvements to enhance equipment longevity and production quality.

Uphold rigorous safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace to ensure a secure environment for all personnel.
Qualifications-
High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

2-5 years of hands-on experience maintaining industrial, electrical, and mechanical production equipment.

Demonstrated proficiency in troubleshooting pneumatic, robotic, and electro-mechanical systems.

Proven ability to read and interpret complex technical manuals, blueprints, and industrial schematics.

Physical capability to perform tasks such as lifting up to 50 lbs, kneeling, and bending.

Vocational or Technical Certification in automation and industrial equipment repair.

Experience with basic PLC troubleshooting and logic systems.
