Contract | Night Shift
Wright Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Contract Registered Nurse (RN) to join our night shift team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to our residents while ensuring a safe, supportive, and clinically sound environment during overnight hours.
Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with facility policies, state regulations, and professional standards
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor residents’ conditions and promptly report changes to the appropriate healthcare providers
Accurately document nursing assessments, interventions, and outcomes
Respond to emergencies and provide critical decision-making during night shift hours
Collaborate with CNAs, supervisors, and other interdisciplinary team members
Ensure compliance with infection control, safety, and quality assurance protocols
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience (long-term care or rehabilitation experience preferred)
Ability to work independently and manage clinical situations during overnight hours
Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills
CPR certification (required)
Ability to pass background check and pre-employment requirements
