We are seeking an experienced Procurement & Supply Chain Manager to lead procurement operations in a complex electronics manufacturing environment supporting Aerospace, Defense, and Space programs. This role is responsible for leading a team of 6–7 buyers while managing strategic sourcing, supplier performance, and procurement for high-reliability electronic products.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of 6–7 Buyers.
Manage procurement of electronic components including PCBs, cable assemblies, RF components, and electronic box builds.
Drive strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations, cost reduction, and supplier performance.
Support high-mix, low-volume manufacturing and complex Bills of Materials (BOMs).
Partner with Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, and Quality to support production and new product introductions.
Required Qualifications
Strong procurement/supply chain management experience in electronics manufacturing.
Experience with PCB, cable assemblies, electronic box builds, and complex BOMs.
Hands-on leadership experience in a lean manufacturing environment.
Strong supplier management, sourcing, and contract negotiation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Aerospace & Defense industry experience.
Knowledge of ITAR, EAR, FAR, and DFARS regulations.
Experience with EMS or electronics manufacturers.
Pay: $120,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
